When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-police would submit that based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, the enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.252 of 2024 and the same has been closed and as on date, no complaint is pending against the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
