It is brought to the notice of this Court that the accused person has already filed a Criminal Revision Case before this Court with a delay and the delay was condoned and the revision is numbered as Crl.R.C.No.236 of 2024. In view of the above, it is left open to the parties to work out their remedy in the criminal revision.
