None appears for the petitioner. Heard Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent.
2.The petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the respondent Corporation under section 220 read with 222. of the Chennnai City Municipal Act,1919.
3.It is seen that at the time when the Writ Miscellaneous Petition was entertained, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the said Petition was dismissed by an order dated 14.10.2003. It is not clear as to whether further action has been taken against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned notice. However, on the grounds raised by the petitioner, the impugned order cannot be quashed at this juncture.
