The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offence under Sections 318 of BNSS, 2023, in Crime No. Not Known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.
