ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 has placed before this Court the order dated 04.12.2023 passed by the District Collector, Thiruvannamalai District / third respondent herein in compliance with the directions issued by this Court on 06.01.2021 in W.P.No.584 of 2016, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition. A copy of the same is also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the order dated 06.01.2021 passed in W.P.No.584 of 2016 has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 04.12.2023 passed by the third respondent in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
