This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose the representation dated 25.09.2023 pending on the file of the respondent in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2023, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and dispose the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
