This petition has been filed to amend the cause title by deleting the first respondent in Sub.Appln.No.917 of 2024 and in Cont.Petn.SR No.116904 of 2024, as the petitioner has decided to give up the contempt proceedings as against the first respondent.

Being satisfied with the reason assigned in the affidavit, we inclined to allow the petition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
