ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to pass an order of direction directing the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kanchipuram to conclude the above calendar case in C.C.No.121/2006 within a stipulated period in accordance with law.

2. Considering the fact that already three witnesses have been examined on the side of the prosecution and ten witnesses are yet to be examined, and also the fact that the above case is pending from the year 2006, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
