Order Heard Mr.P.R.Krishnaraj learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.307, as per application dated 23.06.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased the property, measuring an extent of 7.40 acres, comprised S.F.No.307, situated at Madrathi Village, Madathukkulam, Tiriuppur District; that from the date of purchase, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property; that the petitioner made an application to the third respondent seeking for survey and fix the boundary stones, however, as on date, no action has been taken by the third 2/5

respondent with regard to such Application, which necessitated the petitioners to approach this Court by way of present Writ Petition seeking for aforesaid relief.

4. Learned Government Advocate for respondents fairly submitted that the application made by the petitioner would be considered and appropriate steps would be taken by the respondent-Authorities within the time as stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, sought for in this Writ Petition and in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the applications made by the petitioner dated 23.06.2025 and take suitable steps for conducting a survey in the petitioner's property and demarcate the same by metes and bounds after giving notice to any other interested parties and complete such exercise within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say, in the event, any obstruction is being caused by 3/5

any third parties, the respondents are at liberty to seek the assistance of the Police Officials, in which case, the concerned Jurisdictional Police is directed to render all kinds of assistance, as required, by the Revenue Officials for demarcation of the subject property. No costs. List the case before this Court on 04.11.2025, ''For Reporting Compliance of this order''
