ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondentpolice to initiate appropriate legal proceedings pursuant to the registration of FIR in Cr.No.109/2025 dated 14.08.2025 on the file of second respondent police as against the respondents 3 to 6 and for further investigation of the case and to file a final report before the competent Judicial Magistrate within in a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police on instructions submitted the respondent Police will complete the investigation and file a file a final report within a period of four weeks.

4. In such view of the above submission, the respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
