After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows: 1/4
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The petitioner and the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are present. A Joint Memorandum of Compromise has been filed by the parties duly signed by them and the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. In view of the above compromise, this Writ Petition Shall stand disposed of on the terms of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed, if any.
