This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and to the petitioner family members from the offenders as stated in the complaint dated 18.11.2019.

today under the caption "for dismissal". Today, though the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared, he requested to adjourn the matter. It shows that he is not having any interest to conduct the case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
