O R D E R

As the revision was filed by the petitioner as early as on 04.03.2024 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 07.02.2024, in and by which the 2nd respondent had issued a patta in the name of the 3rd respondent, has not been disposed of, to date, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the counsels on either side and perused the records.

3. A perusal of the records would show that the petitioner has sent representations to the 1st respondent on several occasions i.e; on 11.03.2024, 20.06.2024 and 24.08.2024. However, the 1st respondent before whom the revision is now pending since 04.03.2024 has failed to dispose of the same. Therefore, a mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the revision filed by the petitioner, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
