ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed against the respondent to punish him for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 10.08.2022 passed by this Court in Contempt Petition No.295 of 2022 modifying the order dated 03.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.18535 of 2021. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the order passed by this Court in Contempt Petition No.295 of 2022, dated, 10.08.2022, modifying the order dated 03.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.18535 of 2021, has been complied with and he also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent in Letter No.22521/H1/2021-5, dated 12.01.2023.

3. The submission of the learned Government Advocate has been duly affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, this Contempt petition is closed and the contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings. However, liberty given to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
