ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 17.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2423 of 2022.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent has submitted before this Court that, as directed by this Court, in W.P.No.2423 of 2022, the respondent has complied with the order of the Court and copy of the said proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7181/A3/2020 dated 22.09.2023 have been placed before this Court.

3. Taking on record the proceedings dated 22.09.2023 and in view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, the Contempt Petition is closed.
