Cont.P.No.219 of 2023 S.S. SUNDAR, J Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a poor lady and she has no independent advise. Ignorance of law is not an excuse, as settled by Courts in several precedents.

However, the petitioner shall file a petition for modification of the order to reduce the costs imposed on her by this Court on 09.03.2023 in this Contempt Petition. If the Court is convinced, the costs will be reduced. Post this Contempt Petition after two weeks for compliance of the said order of this Court.
