ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Court.

2. This Court, on 07.02.2025, while setting aside the order passed in Crl.MP.No.36204 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1059 of 2024, directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.4 Lakhs within a period of 30 days order from 07.02.2025 and also directed him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with 2 sureties and further directed the petitioner to appear before the appellate Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in a private concern and he has to apply leave every month to appear before the appellate Court and hence seeks to relax that condition.

4. Considering the above submission, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Appellate Court once in 2 months in the first working day of English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
