This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this court dated 06.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15482 of 2022.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the Order of this Court, the accused surrendered before the Court and recalled the warrant.
