(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) While granting stay we had by our order dated 22.11.2023 imposed condition to the effect that the appellant shall deposit 50% of the enhanced compensation as fixed by the Reference Court. This order imposing a condition was subject matter of challenge in SLP (C) Diary No.10168 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Hon'ble Supreme Court by its order dated 13.05.2024 had modified the order reducing the amount to be deposited to 35% of the total amount awarded by the Trial Court. There is no dispute at the bar that the entire amount as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been deposited and the same has been withdrawn by the claimants also. Therefore the stay granted is made absolute.

2. The Registry is directed to prepare the records and list these Appeals for hearing on 09.12.2024.
