These petitions are filed to implead the Deputy Commissioner of Labour (Conciliation) I, SIPCOT Complex, Irungattukottai, Sriperumbadur, Kancheepuram as 5th respondent in the main Writ Petition and to amend the prayer thereafter.

2. Heard Mr.A.Suresh Sakthi Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R3 and R5 and Mr.S.Bazeer Ahamed, learned counsel for R4.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
