This application has been filed to appoint the employee of the applicant viz., Mr.Manoj Gayakwad, Area Receivable Manager to seize and take possession of the vehicle which is lying in custody of respondents, men, servants, agents from his premises at No.52 Bharud Mohalla, Gram Bhawariya, Kukshl, Dhar District, Madhya Pradesh 454 335 or wherever found with the Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, through Video Conferencing, Mr.S. Shahul Hameed, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that award has already passed.
