Heard Mr. I.Kowser Nissar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G.Mohamed Asseef, Learned Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Ms. Ajimath Begum, Learned Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents has produced registration particulars of the Wakfs, which has been sought by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition and its copy is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
