This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21588 of 2022 on 08.09.2022 shall stay at Salem till the completion of the trial and appear before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail and shall report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Salem at 10.30 a.m on all dates other than the hearing dates.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
