Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the order of the Director of Thanjavur Saraswathi Mahal Library Cum Collector, Thanjavur in his proceedings R.C.No.92/2003A1, dated 31.05.2004 and

quash the same and direct the respondents to consider the case of petitioner for promotion as Librarian Grade I in the Thanjavur Saraswathi Mahal Library from the date of eligibility and pay all backwages and other attendant benefits thereon.
