This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16041 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20438 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e.,on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the final report and after filing of the final report again he shall report before the concerned Court weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till the chief examination and cross examination of the victim child and thereafter during the court hearing dates.
