ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order dated 30.06.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28886 of 2019.

2.The Division Bench on 26.06.2023 had passed the following order in W.A.No.1058 of 2023 and C.M.P.No.10566 of 2023: "All further proceedings in Contempt Petition No.11 of 2023, shall be kept in abeyance, till the next date of hearing."
