ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner had passed away. Therefore, the present petition may be dismissed as abated with liberty to the legal representatives of the petitioner to bring the legal heirs on record and workout the remedy in the manner known to law.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated with the above liberty. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
