This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m., until further orders, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28893 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as the petitioners are residing at Walajah, Ranipet, it will cause much prejudice and great hardship to the petitioners to travel daily and report to the respondent police station situated at Krishnagiri District, thereby, they seek modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Walajah, Ranipet District daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
