Considering the reasons and the request made by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID Court, Egmore, Chennai, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to extend the time by six months. 3.

Accordingly, the time for disposing of the case in C.C.No.7896 of 2006, on the file of the CCB & CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, is further extended by six months from today.
