ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2, to issue a No Objection Certificate to run the business of Ayurvedic SPA, Massage Parlour and Beauty Parlour with cross massage in the name and style of M/s.ERO TRENDS UNISEX FAMILY SALON AND SPA at No.65, 2nd Floor, G.S.T. Road, V.P.Nagar, Melavalmpettai Village, Karunguzhi Road, Maduranthakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2024. 2/5

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the District Revenue Officer is the competent authority to issue No Objection Certificate in connection with running of SPA.

Since no adverse order is being passed against the 3 rd respondent, notice to the 3 rd respondent is dispensed with.

Since the District Revenue Officer is the competent authority to issue No Objection Certificate in connection with running of SPA, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the competent authority. 5.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
