This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Principal Special Court under EC NDPS ACT Cases, Chennai passed in CC.NO. 137 OF 2019 dated 05.07.2022 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2. This is the third bail petition for suspension of sentence. Since there is no change in the circumstances, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition and therefore this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, since the petitioner is in incarceration from the year 2019, Registry is directed to list the main appeal for final hearing on 05.02.2025. 02.01.2025 rgr To 1.The Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC NDPS ACT Cases, Chennai.
