The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the fifth respondent-Police to take necessary steps to issue Lookout Circular against the prime accused in FIR No.12 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025, who had facing charges under Sections 64(2)(f) and 351(3) BNS, 2023 and Section 66E of Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that the authority concerned have already taken steps to issue Lookout Circular against A1 and the same will be issued shortly. Pg.Nos.2/4
