The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.868 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 381 IPC. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side).
3.It is stated that the petitioner is a bus conductor under Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Villupuram limit). The defacto complainant is branch manager. It is stated that on checking the tickets, it was found that eight tickets had been issued by the petitioner to the passengers but it was not entered in the ticket invoice. It is further stated after further enquiry, it was found that the petitioner had similarly issued about forty four tickets.

gd 4.Taking into consideration that the petitioner has committed breach of trust, and had taken away amounts which should have gone over to the Transport Corporation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
