This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in Crl.OP.No.25602 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024 at para 6.3(b) insofar as it relates to directing the petitioner to appear before the respondents daily until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 16 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25602 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024 in para No.6.3(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first Saturday of the month at 06.30 pm until further orders.
