Writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned return in XNDIO/C3/2022 memo issued by the respondent dated 03.11.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent issue clearance certificate for vehicle bearing registration No.Tn-03-M-4583 by accepting the application dated 02.11.2022.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
