The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 09.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25094 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner/s shall report before the Vth Metropolitan Magistrate Egmore at 10.30 a.m., until further orders instead of the respondent police.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner/s shall report before the learned V-Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore daily at 10:30 a.m.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
