This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the Masjid-E-Rahmath Dhakni Madrasa Ghulam Khadiriyar Mosque at Samundipuram South, Tiruppur by recording he rule of succession to the office of mutawalli to be by election of Jamath, in accordance with law as sought vide representation dated 02.12.2022 and lastly dated 13.12.22.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being given, the authorities may consider and pass orders on merits within a period of three months.

Accordingly, with the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
