This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Chennai on every working day at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22848 of 2024 in Crime No.274 of 2024 vide order dated 20.09.2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 33 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22848 of 2024 on 20.09.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am and also before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
