ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to grant patta in petitioner's name by considering petitioner's online Application for sub division/patta transfer in Can No:133050218044336 and Application No.2025/0105/05/355221 dated 10.07.2025 in respect of 7 cents in SF No.85/12A Puthupatti Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District based on the Sale Deed dated 12.05.2025 (Doc.No.2122 of 2025).
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has purchased a land measuring an extent of 7 cents, comprised in S.F.No.85/12A1 of Puthupatti Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District from one Keerthana under a sale deed dated 12.05.2025 (Doc.No.2122 of 2025). Pursuant thereto, the petitioner filed an online application for sub division/patta transfer on 10.07.2025. However, till date, the said online 2/6
application dated 10.07.2025 was not considered by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
4. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 10.07.2025 for sub division/patta transfer.
5. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's online application dated 10.07.2025 would be considered and appropriate orders passed within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
7. Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel 3/6
for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 10.07.2025, for sub division/patta transfer, after giving due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons, if any, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
