(Order of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 885 days in representing the appeal.

2. Heard Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The delay in representing is 885 days, which is huge. Though this Court is inclined to allow this petition, we feel that at least cost may be imposed, as the delay is more than 800 days.

4. In that view of the matter, the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Welfare Association within two weeks, failing which, this petition shall automatically stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.

5. The petition, accordingly, stands ordered on compliance of the aforementioned condition.
