This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Chennai, on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.22388 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this case.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22388 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Chennai, on the 1st working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
