The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.321 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC, seeks bail. He had been remanded to judicial custody on 26.08.2023.

2.The earlier application for bail in Crl.O.P.No.23711 of 2023 had been dismissed by this Court on 13.10.2023. 3.It is stated that A1 had illegal intimacy with the husband of the defacto complainant. It is also stated that the husband of the defacto complainant was murdered by all the accused.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is the father of A1. However, even on the earlier occasion, when the bail was dismissed, this Court had indicated that the final report should be filed and the application seeking for bail can then be considered.

5.It is also noted that A1 to A4 had been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

rjr 6.Let the investigation proceed further and if there is any change in circumstance with respect to filing of final report, then the application for bail can be considered. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
