O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct respondents 9 and 10 to provide necessary police protection for conducting Kumbhabishekam at Arulmigu Kottai Mari Amman Thirukovil situate at Punjaipala Tholuvu, Chennimalai Post, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District - 638 751, scheduled to be held on 18.11.2024 as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5416/2024/A4 dated 30.10.2024 passed by the third respondent.
2. It is seen from the records that the third respondent has already conducted a Peace Committee Meeting on 30.10.2024 and also granted Pg.Nos.3/7
permission to conduct Kumbhabishekam at Arulmigu Kottai Mari Amman Thirukovil situated at Punjaipala Tholuvu, Chennimalai Post, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District - 638 751 and the same was intimated to the tenth respondent police for providing police protection.
3. In view of the above, the relief sought for in this petition is nothing but frivolous one and this Court does not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
