This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem everyday at 10.30a.m till filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court passed in Crl.M.P.No16061 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19709 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
