This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.575 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.575 of 2019, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram on 29.10.2019 and the same is not taken on file.
