This Petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the Mudaliarpet police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three months imposed by this Court dated 17.04.2024 in Crl.OP.No.9403 of 2024 in Cr.No.194 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 45 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner on 17.04.2024 in Crl.OP.No.9403 of 2024 in para No.6(c) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 06.30 pm until further orders.
