This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19086 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Sessions Judge, POCSO Court, Puducherry. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 28.11.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19086 of 2024 vide order dated 07.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, POCSO Court, Puducherry on 28.11.2024 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Sessions Judge.
