ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The bank has filed this petition aggrieved mainly on account of delay in disposal of the application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

2. Though we were inclined to issue a time-bound direction, on advance copy, learned State counsel for first respondent submits that he has received instruction to say that pending cases would be decided within a short period, preferably within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the above statement, we are not inclined to pass

any order at this stage. Let appropriate order, one way or other, be passed in the pending application. Petition is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs.
