ORDER

(Order of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) The relief sought in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus to direct the respondent to process the application of the petitioner, dated 06.04.2014, seeking enrolment as an Advocate and pass orders, with immediate effect. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner's application dated 06.04.2016 was considered and was enrolled as an Advocate vide Enrolment No.2087 of 2010. Thus, according to the learned counsel, nothing survives for further adjudication herein.

3.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
