This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e.., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14792 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18421 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e.., on every Monday at 10.30a.m.,till filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
